IFMS SAP Systems Administrator

Purpose of the role

The purpose of this post is to provide administration, configuration, system documentation, training documentation, governance, and optimisation of the SAP IFMS platform and extended corporate systems. The role combines hands-on system administration with end-to-end delivery of corporate systems projects, ensuring that all systems are robust, secure, compliant, and aligned with CHI's digital transformation programme. The role will also involve active involvement in the dock door management solution, AGV solution, Scan for Safety solution, and stock replenishment and inventory solutions, together with support, governance and integration from the IFMS system into the National NEIS system.

Essential Criteria
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare ICT, data management, or major IT project environments
  • Experience managing SAP IFMS, financial systems, or enterprise corporate systems
  • Experience in system configuration, administration, and support
  • Experience in system integration and data management
  • Experience in system testing (SIT/UAT), including test script development
  • Experience in delivering ICT system training and user support
  • Proven experience working with multi-stakeholder environments
