- Support the implementation of change across a portfolio of projects and programmes, working with senior change leaders to align activity with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Contribute to change and engagement plans that help new ways of working become understood, adopted, and embedded across the firm.
- Support change readiness assessments and adoption roadmaps, helping to identify barriers to change and practical actions to improve adoption.
- Create clear, engaging communications so impacted and influential stakeholders receive the right messages at the right time.
- Help design and deliver training and enablement materials tailored to different audiences, roles, and learning needs.
- Monitor progress across change activities, gather feedback, and support reporting on change impact and adoption.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and change champions, supporting them to encourage adoption within their teams.
- Contribute ideas, tools, and good practice that improve how change is delivered across Deloitte.
