As part of the Change team within the Transformation Office, you will help design, communicate, and embed change across important internal initiatives. This role is designed for ambitious junior talent with experience who excited by the opportunity to work on cross functional internal projects, broaden their network across Deloitte, and learn from experienced project delivery, change management, and PMO professionals while contributing to work that shapes how the firm evolves.

Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

You will likely bring experience in consulting, change, project delivery, business operations, communications, PMO, business analysis, or a related role. Strong candidates will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to build relationships across different teams and levels. You should be organised, curious, and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, identify issues or risks, and turn information into clear actions. Most importantly, you will bring a genuine interest in how organisations change, how people adopt new ways of working, and how effective communication, training, and engagement can help transformation succeed.

What type of work will I be doing?
  • Support the implementation of change across a portfolio of projects and programmes, working with senior change leaders to align activity with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Contribute to change and engagement plans that help new ways of working become understood, adopted, and embedded across the firm.
  • Support change readiness assessments and adoption roadmaps, helping to identify barriers to change and practical actions to improve adoption.
  • Create clear, engaging communications so impacted and influential stakeholders receive the right messages at the right time.
  • Help design and deliver training and enablement materials tailored to different audiences, roles, and learning needs.
  • Monitor progress across change activities, gather feedback, and support reporting on change impact and adoption.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and change champions, supporting them to encourage adoption within their teams.
  • Contribute ideas, tools, and good practice that improve how change is delivered across Deloitte.
