This is a hybrid position for those living within a commutable distance to our Cork, Ireland office, or fully remote for those living outside a commutable distance.

About the Role

As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will work with the Deal Desk Manager and assist with the day-to-day deal desk operational functions, providing complete accuracy to all submitted invoicing sale transactions. You will collaborate closely with sales and other supporting functional teams to ensure process efficiency while advising the Director of Sales Operations on all aspects of the deal desk global processes.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage and facilitate the end-to-end deal process, from opportunity creation to deal closure
  • Act as a point of contact for the sales team for all deal-related inquiries and approvals
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Keeper's licensing and pricing models to provide deal structuring and quoting sales support
  • Analyze and structure deals to align with company pricing strategies and profitability goals
  • Help manage the day-to-day deal approval process, connect with sales as needed, ensuring the accuracy of deal submission at all levels
  • Work closely with sales, finance, and legal teams as required to support transactional needs
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance to the sales team on deal desk processes, pricing guidelines, and policy education
  • Communicate effectively across the organization and at all cross-functional team levels
  • Manage and respond to real-time support requests via Slack, including Salesforce error triage, account and opportunity reassignments, escalation guidance, and general deal desk inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues submitted by the sales team, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Exercise independent judgment to triage, prioritize, and resolve incoming requests during EMEA business hours with minimal oversight
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Work in a highly productive environment with minimal oversight, setting priorities and goals to drive fulfilment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, or similar role
  • Knowledge of the SaaS industry and subscription-based business models
  • Knowledgeable about finance/revenue recognition and contract guidelines
  • Understanding of sales processes and contract management
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with hands-on Salesforce experience, including the ability to independently troubleshoot Salesforce errors, validation issues, quote-sync issues, and data-related problems
  • Ability to operate independently during EMEA business hours and manage real-time support requests with confidence and sound judgment
  • Passionate about data and analytics as a lever to improve business performance
  • Highly skilled problem solver with the ability to make thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field or equivalent work experience
