Team Leader

Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to join their production team in Naas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team within the high-risk production area, ensuring targets and standards are met.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Support and coordinate production schedules to achieve output and quality objectives.

• Operate and assist with machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting as required.

• Maintain clear communication with production management and other departments.

• Ensure Health Safety standards are upheld at all times.

  
  

  Requirements

• Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or similar high-risk environment.

• Experience operating or overseeing machinery in a production setting is highly desirable.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as overtime.
