The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support within Trinity Global. A member of the Operations team, the post holder will work across the different Business Units within Trinity Global as required by business needs and as directed by the Head of Operations. This is a varied and challenging role demanding an ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. The successful candidate must demonstrate discretion, initiative, flexibility, strong attention to detail, organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to anticipate and deal with problems as they arise.
This is a full-time role in Ireland. We require that you hold immigration permission that allows full-time employment in this role. For this position we will not be able to support new employment permit applications.
Post Status: Specific Purpose
The specific purpose of temporarily filling the Executive Officer vacancy arising from the temporary appointment of the substantive postholder to another role within Trinity College Dublin. Employment is not offered on an indefinite duration basis as the substantive postholder is expected to return to this role on completion of their temporary appointment. The requirement for this appointment will therefore cease upon the return of the substantive postholder. If the substantive postholder does not return to the role, any ongoing staffing requirement will be considered and filled through the appropriate recruitment process
Hours of Post: 35 hours per week
Salary: Appointment will be made on the Executive Officer Merged Salary Scale (€34,363- €52,754 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales. (tcd.ie)
