Assistant Lecturer in Design
Yeats Academy for Design & Arts runs a variety of programmes in Creative Design, Creative Practice, Fine Art, Performing Arts, Writing & Literature. This role is to join the Creative Design program faculty. The ideal candidate will have expertise in design particularly as it applies to the design of products, services and systems that shape our environments and our experience of the world. We are looking for a candidate with strong links to industry but also an academic perspective on design pedagogue and education. The balance of design as practice and design as applied is essential in this role. The appointee will provide guidance and instruction through lectures, hands-on tutorials and assessments that equip students with industry-relevant skills.
