What We're Looking For

Previous Barista experience in a high-volume cafe, coffee shop or hospitality environment is required
A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and quality standards
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
A friendly and approachable personality
A desire to develop new skills and grow your career

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing and serving high-quality organic coffee and other beverages to Pret standards
Delivering friendly and efficient customer service with every interaction
Maintaining excellent coffee quality, presentation and consistency
Supporting the team to ensure the shop is clean, organized and fully stocked
Following food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards at all times
Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers and team members
Acting as a role model for Pret's values and behaviours
