The Role

We are looking for a passionate, customer focused and performance driven Shop Manager to lead our dynamic team and ensure the smooth and successful daily operation of our shop. As a Shop manager you will be the driving force for the team, delivering outstanding customer service and a warm welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Delivering the best service and customer standards, extending that personal touch from instore to online

Assess, mentor and develop the team to meet performance expectations and to reach their full potential

Promote offers and products to maximise revenue opportunities

What we are looking for

Previous Management experience, ideally within the betting industry

A passion for engaging with customers and delivering an exceptional experience

Detail Orientated - ensuring compliance and consistency across all tasks and processes

Relationship builder - listens actively whilst being skilled in managing team dynamics and diverse personalities
