The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Graduate, you will join our recruitment team and gain practical experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.
You will support the team in sourcing and attracting talent across a wide range of engineering, construction, corporate and specialist roles while developing your understanding of recruitment best practice, candidate engagement and employer branding.

You will support the team in sourcing and attracting talent across a wide range of engineering, construction, corporate and specialist roles while developing your understanding of recruitment best practice, candidate engagement and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities across the full candidate lifecycle.
- Assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Support the creation and publication of job adverts.
- Assist with candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Maintain accurate applicant and recruitment records.
- Support candidate communication and engagement.
- Assist with recruitment reporting and talent pipeline development.
- Support careers events and employer branding initiatives.
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
- Proactive, positive and willing to learn.
