The Role
As an EHS Graduate, you will support the Environmental, Health and Safety team across a range of major construction and engineering projects.
You will gain hands-on experience in the implementation of health and safety systems, site inspections, risk assessments, environmental management and compliance, while working alongside experienced EHS professionals.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support the EHS team in maintaining safe systems of work.
- Assist with site inspections and safety audits.
- Support risk assessments and method statement reviews.
- Assist with incident and near-miss reporting.
- Help maintain EHS records and documentation.
- Support toolbox talks, inductions and safety awareness initiatives.
- Assist with environmental monitoring and compliance activities.
- Promote a positive health and safety culture across projects.
- Work closely with site and project teams to support EHS objectives.
Requirements
- Degree or relevant qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in health, safety and environmental management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Proactive approach and willingness to work in a construction environment.
- A full driving licence is advantageous.
