Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Supporting the development of strong and ongoing client relationships
- Assisting with transaction tax advisory work across a range of engagements
- Working directly with clients to understand and address tax considerations throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Identifying areas of risk for clients and supporting senior team members in developing mitigation strategies
- Liaising with tax specialists in other areas of the practice
- Supporting project delivery, including coordinating timelines, maintaining budgets and assisting with client communication
- Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives
- ACA, AITI or ACCA qualified
- Transactions tax advisory experience
- Strong communicator
- Ability to work collaboratively with and learn from senior team members
- Flexibility in approach to clients and advice
- Enjoy working in a close and dynamic team
- Energetic with a desire to learn and develop
