Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of corporate tax services to multinational and Irish-headquartered organisations across a range of sectors.
- Assist with advisory engagements covering mergers and acquisitions, tax-efficient financing, corporate reorganisations, interactions with the Irish Revenue Commissioners, and other corporate tax matters.
- Work closely with clients and engagement teams, including participating in on-site projects, to help address corporate tax challenges and deliver practical solutions.
- Prepare corporation tax computations, tax provisions, and related supporting documentation for review by senior team members.
- Contribute to project execution by tracking deliverables, coordinating information requests, and supporting client communications.
- Assist with business development and marketing activities, including research, proposal preparation, and thought leadership initiatives.
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Irish corporate tax advisory experience
- Strong communicator
- Enjoy working in a close and dynamic team
- Energetic with the ability to grow
