Job Description TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector to recruit for a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer in Dublin 15 Location: Dublin 15 Position: Grade III Clerical Officer Hours: Full time, Mon-Fri, 9-5 (35 hours a week) Pay: 17.49- 27.06 per hour depending on previous relevant public sector experience Contract: Initial 3 month contract with possibility of extension Role Purpose The Clerical Officer Grade III will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support within a busy public sector team. The role will involve managing documentation, maintaining accurate records and trackers, supporting internal processes and liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider team and management. Prepare, organise and maintain documentation, correspondence and records. Maintain and update databases, electronic records and Excel trackers. Track outstanding documentation, actions and deadlines, following up where required. Draft and issue professional emails, letters and general correspondence. Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based filing systems. Organise meetings, prepare documentation and record and follow up on actions. Respond professionally to telephone and email enquiries and direct queries appropriately. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required. Assist with the preparation of reports, statistics and other administrative information. Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately and in line with GDPR requirements. Support the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures. Key Skills Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience maintaining databases, records and trackers. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing deadlines. Professional and confident stakeholder communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team. High level of confidentiality and discretion.
