Food & Beverage Team Leader

The Radisson Blu Hotel and Spa Sligo is looking for a motivated and experienced F&B Team Leader to join our dynamic team!

About the Role:

As our F&B Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences within our M and E department. You will lead a diverse team while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily M and E operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
• Assist the M and E Manager in the smooth running of weddings and functions - acting as point of contact for Bride and Groom / Organisers and Top Table VIP's.
• Motivate, coach, and develop your team members, providing ongoing training and performance feedback.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new F&B initiatives and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry (hotel, restaurant, etc.)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks.
• Positive attitude and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
