KNOW THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring NPS targets are consistently achieved
- Coach and support team members in handling customer queries, returns, and service excellence
- Promote and embed CRM programmes and customer services (e.g., loyalty cards, personal shopping)
- Communicate and monitor daily and weekly sales targets, driving team focus on results
- Provide feedback and insights on product lines and customer trends to senior management
- Support with the implementation of sales and promotional strategies across the department
- Lead and contribute to team briefings, ensuring clear communication and alignment with goals
- Induct, train, and mentor new and existing staff, fostering continuous development
- Recognise, coach, and motivate team members, managing both high and under-performance
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure promotional activity is executed on time
- Oversee stockroom organisation, product flow, and floor presentation in line with company standards
- Ensure all team members uphold professional appearance, values, and company policies
- Act as a role model and ambassador, representing the company with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers
