As a Manufacturing Operations Team Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of Packing rare disease products to current CGMP. You will lead a highly engaged, high-performing operational team that is fully aligned with site business objectives and committed to excellence. There are 3 Production Lines currently with a 4th state of the art Production Line in the Qualification Process.

The salary range for this position is :€54 800,00 - €73 067
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.

Main responsibilities:
- Manage the manufacturing areas to ensure that production objectives are met
- Ensure production of products are undertaken in compliance with cGMP and Safety standards through regular walk through and review of deviations and GMP documentations
- Monitor the level of GMP compliance in their area on an on-going basis
- Ensure that all production activities are organised and executed on time, in full and right first time
- Involved in the preparation, review and approval of Manufacturing documentation and records
- Define team targets / goals and support team in achieving them especially in the areas of safety, productivity and quality
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, non-commercial activities and positively embrace change
- Train/assess competence for Team Member and manage performance on an on-going basis
About you
- Technical qualification in Science or Engineering
- EBR (Electronic Batch Record) and SAP experience an advantage.
- Demonstrable leadership and people management experience in pharma manufacturing
- Strong ability to influence, lead, and drive change
- Highly proactive, with the ability to understand the broader organisational context
- Diploma in Supervisory Management or equivalent is an advantage
