RoleOverview:
Due to internal growth at Medserv, we are actively looking for a Patient Administrator to join our Remote Practice Management team based in our Athlone Office. You will be working closely with a Medical Secretary ensuring you are meeting and exceeding client expectations. On a daily basis you will be managing a high volume of calls (circa 50 - 100 communications) from patients, secretaries and other medical professionals.

Requirements and Skills:
- Strongcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills
- Exceptionalattentiontodetailandtimemanagement
- Previousexperienceinmedicalreception,administration,orcustomerservice(e.g.,hospitality/travelindustry)
- ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeandOutlook,withexperiencehandlingphoneenquiries
- Familiaritywithclinicalsystems(desirablebutnotessential)
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcollaborativelyaspartofateam
- Calmunderpressureinafast-pacedmedicalsetting
- Flexibleandadaptable,withawillingnesstosupporttheteamasneeded
- Abilitytohandlesensitivesituationswithempathyandquicklybuildrapport
