ONORA

Inspired by the energy and diversity of Capel Street, ONORA will be a contemporary neighbourhood restaurant celebrating quality Irish produce and seasonal cooking.

Designed as a relaxed and welcoming space, ONORA will bring together all-day dining, creative cocktails and a lively coffee hatch, creating a place that feels warm, energetic and easy to return to.

More than anything, we want ONORA to be a place people come back to for great food, genuine hospitality and an effortless atmosphere.

In partnership with the Bereen Brothers, our opening team will have the opportunity to work alongside some of Ireland's leading hospitality talent as we bring ONORA to life from day one.

We're now building that team and looking for people who care about the details, enjoy looking after others and want to help shape a restaurant from the very beginning.

The Job

As Barista at ONORA, you'll be part of the daily rhythm of the restaurant and lounge, creating great coffee and making guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in.

You'll prepare and serve coffee to a consistently high standard, look after guests and help keep service smooth throughout the day. From the morning rush to a relaxed afternoon coffee, you'll bring energy, attention to detail and personality to every interaction.

We're looking for someone who loves coffee, enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in creating a warm and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee to a consistently high standard

• Create a warm and welcoming experience for every guest

• Take orders and support smooth service throughout the day

• Keep the coffee station clean, organised and well stocked

• Maintain quality, presentation and consistency in every cup

• Build genuine relationships with regulars and new guests

• Work closely with the wider F&B team and support where needed

• Help create the relaxed, energetic atmosphere that defines ONORA
