We're on the hunt for authentic Waiters/ Waitresses to lead the way at our brand-new restaurant, part of our newest Dublin Capel Street addition, opening this year 2026 (Start date mid/end of September)!

ONORA

Inspired by the energy and diversity of Capel Street, ONORA will be a contemporary neighbourhood restaurant celebrating quality Irish produce and seasonal cooking.

Designed as a relaxed and welcoming space, ONORA will bring together all-day dining, creative cocktails and a lively coffee hatch, creating a place that feels warm, energetic and easy to return to.

More than anything, we want ONORA to be a place people come back to for great food, genuine hospitality and an effortless atmosphere.

In partnership with the Bereen Brothers, our opening team will have the opportunity to work alongside some of Ireland's leading hospitality talent as we bring ONORA to life from day one.

We're now building that team and looking for people who care about the details, enjoy looking after others and want to help shape a restaurant from the very beginning.

The Job

Our Waiter/Waitress ensures guests have an excellent experience by providing stellar customer service. You are for example responsible to greet our guests, take meal orders and ensure smooth communication between the dining area and kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring a high-quality guest experience
Set up, maintain, and clear tables in line with service standards
Share menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests when needed
Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service
Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a professional and timely manner
Process payments accurately and operate the POS system
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all restaurant and service areas
Help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel at home and want to return

What we're looking for

For our Dublin team, we are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic team players, who loves to entertain guests! Our ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request. Experience is not necessary, just the will to learn and a friendly smile. We are able to teach you all the ins and outs of hospitality. Be prepared for a good time!
