Inspired by the energy and diversity of Capel Street, ONORA will be a contemporary neighbourhood restaurant celebrating quality Irish produce and seasonal cooking.

Designed as a relaxed and welcoming space, ONORA will bring together all-day dining, creative cocktails and a lively coffee hatch, creating a place that feels warm, energetic and easy to return to.

More than anything, we want ONORA to be a place people come back to for great food, genuine hospitality and an effortless atmosphere.

In partnership with the Bereen Brothers, our opening team will have the opportunity to work alongside some of Ireland's leading hospitality talent as we bring ONORA to life from day one.

We're now building that team and looking for people who care about the details, enjoy looking after others and want to help shape a restaurant from the very beginning.

The Job

Our ONORA Bartender ensures guests have an excellent experience by delivering warm, attentive service throughout their visit. You are responsible for preparing and serving drinks, keeping the bar running smoothly, and supporting the restaurant floor when needed. Moving confidently between our restaurant and small bar area, you adapt to changing demands, provide great hospitality, and make sure every guest leaves happy.

We're also teaming up with Drinks Studio to bring the drinks offering at ONORA to life from the very beginning!

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards
Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests at the bar and in our restaurant
Take drink and food orders, provide recommendations, and ensure guests have a great experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout the shift
Support restaurant service during busy periods and work closely with the Food & Beverage team
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts and replenishment
Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately
Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, hygiene standards, and health & safety procedures
Set up and close down the bar according to company procedures
Help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel at home
