Concierge

Muckross Park Hotel & Spa, part of the The iNUA Collection, are looking for a Concierge to join our team!

As the Concierge, you will be the heart of our guest experience, ensuring seamless service and exceeding guest expectations at every touchpoint.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing a concierge operations, including itinerary planning, restaurant reservations, activity bookings, and guest transportation.
• Building and fostering strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding them.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of the local area, recommending hidden gems and creating bespoke experiences for guests.
• Looking after the Room Service.
• Upholding the high standards of The iNUA Collection brand.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel concierge/ day porter role.
• Proven ability to work as part of the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• To be available 5 days per week.
• A passion for exceeding guest expectations and creating unforgettable experiences.
• Must hold a valid full driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of the local area and its offerings.
