Senior Engineer
Advanced level of technical expertise and fault resolution (5+ years' experience).
Excellent all-round experience of Standard technology.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience.
Technical knowledge of PC's and desktop hardware, laptops, Cisco phones, mobile devices, MAC devices, tablets.
Experience of software support including 0365, Zoom, Teams.
Problem-Solving and troubleshooting using Microsoft toolsets.
Ability to build desktops/laptops.
Attend daily huddle with the Team Leader detailing work for the day.
Pick up and resolve 2nd - 3rd line issues and update issues log. Assist user in raising an incident ticket for unresolved issues and record incident number in the issues log.
Any other reasonable task.
Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support.
Experience: 3-5 Years.
