The Role
Join our Quality team in Longford to implement the systems that keep our products safe, consistent and customer-ready. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, NPD and Planning, you'll help drive a culture of quality across the site and deputise for the Quality Manager when required.

The Role
Join our Quality team in Longford to implement the systems that keep our products safe, consistent and customer-ready. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, NPD and Planning, you'll help drive a culture of quality across the site and deputise for the Quality Manager when required.
What You'll Do
- Monitor product quality against customer specifications and agreed QAS.
- Support HACCP, TACCP and the BRC Global Food Safety Standard.
- Carry out audits - Traceability, GMP, Allergens, Foreign Body, Pest Control and more.
- Verify CCPs, labelling, weights, temperatures and equipment compliance.
- Run product, environmental and water testing programmes.
- Investigate complaints and close out non-conformances with sustainable solutions.
- Coach the QC team and lead the daily Product Quality meeting.
What You'll Bring
- 2-3 years in a Quality role in FMCG / food manufacturing.
- Diploma in Science, Technology or Engineering (preferable).
- Knowledge of BRC and major retailer standards (e.g. Tesco).
- Strong root cause analysis, assertive, detail-focused.
