In this role, you will support the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer care.

You'll be part of a collaborative team, helping to create a welcoming and efficient dining environment that meets both company and client expectations .
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages to company standards
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and efficient customer experience across all service areas
- Set up, replenish, and maintain food counters and tea/coffee stations
- Carry out cleaning duties in line with schedules, including equipment, surfaces, dining areas, and service spaces
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, hygiene, allergen, and food handling regulations
- Support stock rotation, stock control, and deliveries, following company procedures
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and catering teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting other areas and assisting during busy periods or events
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or food service is desirable but not essential
- A strong focus on customer service and attention to detail
- Good understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- A positive, professional attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and service demands
- Willingness to learn and participate in training to maintain high standards
