Technical Account Manager - MSP \- Dublin <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Salary 60,000 basic + bonus. <\/p> If you know how to build strong MSP client relationships, understand the technology behind the service, and can confidently sit across the table from business owners and senior decision\-makers, this could be a perfect next move.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Stack & Co is working with a Dublin\-based Managed Services Provider looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of business clients.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> MSP TAM experience is essential for this role. We are looking for someone who already understands how an MSP operates, how technical services are delivered to clients and what it takes to manage those relationships successfully.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> The Role<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> This is a broad client\-facing position combining relationship management, technical understanding, service delivery and longer\-term IT planning.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> You will be responsible for:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Managing a portfolio of business clients and developing strong long\-term relationships<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Running regular client meetings and making sure agreed actions are followed through<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Understanding each client's business, IT environment, priorities and future requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Spotting technical risks, service problems and areas where the client's IT could be improved<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Working closely with technical support, infrastructure and project teams<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Keeping clients properly informed around important technical or service issues<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Discussing future IT requirements, improvements and technology investment with clients<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Managing expectations and making sure commitments are realistic and delivered<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Supporting client retention and contract renewals<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Recognising opportunities where additional IT services or solutions would genuinely benefit the client<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> What We Are Looking For<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> You may currently be working as a Technical Account Manager, IT Account Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Customer Success Manager or in a similar client\-facing position within an MSP.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> To be considered, you should have:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> At least 2-3 years' experience in a client\-facing IT services role<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Recent experience working directly for a Managed Services Provider (MSP)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience managing relationships with business owners, directors, IT Managers or other senior stakeholders<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> A good working understanding of Microsoft 365, cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure and IT support<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> The ability to discuss technical issues with engineers and then explain them clearly to non\-technical clients<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience running client meetings and coordinating work across different technical teams<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong communication, organisation and relationship management skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Good commercial awareness and an understanding of client retention and account development<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> This is not a general sales or SaaS Customer Success position.
