Our award-winning Pastry Team is seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie - Pastry to join its dynamic culinary brigade. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a passionate pastry chef to further develop their career within one of Ireland's most prestigious hospitality destinations.

Working alongside an exceptional team of pastry chefs, you will play a key role in creating and delivering a range of high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, afternoon tea offerings, and special occasion creations that reflect the luxury standards and culinary excellence for which Adare Manor is renowned.

The Role

As Chef de Partie - Pastry, you will take ownership of your designated section within the pastry kitchen, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained throughout production and service. You will:

• Prepare and present pastries, desserts, breads, and sweet creations to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Take responsibility for your section, ensuring it is fully prepared and organised each day.
• Support Senior Pastry Chefs in the smooth day-to-day running of the pastry kitchen.
• Assist in training and mentoring Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties.
• Contribute ideas and creativity to seasonal menus, afternoon tea offerings, and special pastry creations.
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance are maintained at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the wider culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This is a hands-on role suited to a chef who is passionate about pastry, eager to learn, and committed to developing their culinary career within a high-performing team.

About You

We are looking for a Chef de Partie - Pastry who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie - Pastry or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.
• Experience working in a high-quality hotel, restaurant, bakery, or pastry environment.
• Strong pastry skills with a passion for desserts, breads, and fine patisserie.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A commitment to maintaining exceptional culinary and hygiene standards.
