The Role:
- The primary purpose of this position is to provide operational leadership, quality assurance and performance oversight across designated children's residential services within Embrace.
- You will work collaboratively with Persons in Charge, multidisciplinary teams, families and external stakeholders to deliver safe, high-quality and child-centred services.
- You will provide leadership, coaching and support to service leaders while driving continuous improvement, workforce development and operational excellence across your portfolio of services.
- You will ensure all services operate in line with HIQA requirements, Tusla standards, Children First legislation and Embrace's own model of care.
- In your role you will oversee admissions, transitions, safeguarding, workforce planning and financial performance across your designated services.

Your Profile:
- Relevant third-level qualification in Social Care, Nursing, Social Work or a related discipline
- Management qualification or relevant postgraduate qualification
- Minimum five years' experience in children's disability or residential services
- Minimum three years' experience in a management or leadership role
- Demonstrated experience supporting or managing HIQA inspections
- Experience managing safeguarding concerns and complex presentations
- Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations, Children First Act 2015 and National Standards for Residential Services
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full clean driving licence
