Senior Research Officer, UCD Research & Innovation, Temporary 3 year post
Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Senior Research Officer within UCD Research & Innovation .
Reporting directly to the Talent Research Programmes Manager, the Senior Research Officer will join Pre-Award Research Services Team within the UCD Research and Innovation unit. The key objective for the Research Programmes team is to facilitate and support UCD researchers in the development of competitive applications for national and international research funding.
The Senior Research Officer will play a key role in providing high level professional support to the research community with a specific focus on enhancing UCD's European Research Council (ERC) pre award support. Working with the Talent Research Programme Manager and wider UCD Research unit, the Senior Research Officer will work on the implementation of a framework of support activities to develop competitive submissions to the ERC.
95 Administrative Officer 1_2010 Salary Scale: €53,876 - €72,929 per annum.
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
Closing date: 12:00 noon (local Irish time) on 19/08/2026.
