Job Description
The LGT Dublin office is recruiting for the role of Office Manager. This is a key role with responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role ensures that our employees (130+) and visitors have a safe, organised, and welcoming workplace. The Office Manager coordinates office facilities, supplies, service providers, and provides on-site administration services to help the business operate efficiently.
The ideal candidate is a highly organised and reliable professional who enjoys creating a positive and efficient workplace environment. They are proactive, approachable, and able to manage a variety of tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Office Administration
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the office and act as the main contact for staff and LGT Group on all office administration items.
- Manage office supplies & services (e.g. catering, stationery, water, post/couriers) with responsibility for supplier/contractor relationships & invoicing (list includes: building management, cleaning services, maintenance providers, fire safety providers, catering suppliers, courier services, sanitary services, stationery suppliers, plant providers, car parking services). Finance team manage supplier invoicing process however HR currently check & approve all invoices for office supplies/services.
- Act as the key contact in office for building management, shared reception services, and facilities providers.
- Oversee provision of on-site cleaning, repairs, equipment maintenance and conduct regular office inspections.
- Manage visitor access and coordinate out-of-hours and contractor access (IT currently prepare access cards however HR order these, notify & provide to main reception, co-ordinate with visitors + service providers, arrange return of cards to IT etc)
- Support leadership team with office moves, space planning, and future location projects.
Health & Safety
- Take overall responsibility for office health and safety.
- Coordinate fire safety, first aid, incident reporting, and workstation assessments.
Travel & Accommodation
- Administer the travel booking platform and support staff with bookings and policies.
- Coordinate group travel and accommodation arrangements.
Ad Hoc Support
- Assist HR with onboarding, inductions, and welcome packs.
- Assist with organizing staff social events.
- Coordinate board meeting logistics and provide executive support as required.
Requirements
- Under-Graduate degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years' experience in a Executive Support/Office Management role.
- Strong inter-personal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities
