What is the Opportunity?

This is a great opportunity for an Administrator to join our financial services client in Dublin and be part of their exciting plans to continue growing the business.

You will be supporting the Client Services Team delivering a service to our clients and investment team who specialise in providing clients with investment, pensions, and inheritance tax planning.

Key Responsibilities

What will you do?
  • Produce and distribute client valuations.
  • Responsible for CTV production and preparing year-end tax documents.
  • Produce cash receipts and depreciation letters.
  • Providing client support for the online portal / Supporting the migration of clients to the online portal.
  • Manage queries and requests from clients and intermediaries.
  • Provide administration support to the Probate Team.
  • Monitoring the Client Services shared mailboxes and diaries.
  • Liaise directly with clients, front office staff and other support functions within the business.
  • Provide other ad hoc administrative support.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What do you need to succeed?

  • QFA qualification / attained relevant degree qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a financial services administration environment.
  • Strong understanding of Risk.
  • Accuracy, numeracy, attention to detail is critical for this role.
  • Clear and concise communication skills - oral and written.
  • Ability to meet deadlines/work within restricted timescales.
  • Ability to work on own initiative to achieve required results.
  • Collaborative and inclusive approach to work.
