The Role
Our new HR Manager will play a key role in driving people performance at our Castleblayney manufacturing site while also supporting our retail operation across Northern Ireland. This is a broad, hands-on HR Generalist role offering real autonomy, where you'll partner directly with site leadership while being supported by a wider HR team and Centres of Excellence.
Whether you're an experienced HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or established HR Manager, this role offers the opportunity to influence culture, develop talent and make a genuine impact across the full employee lifecycle.

The Ideal Candidate
An experienced HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor.
- Human Resource Degree or equivalent
- Confident managing complex employee relations cases.
- Experienced working within a matrix organisation alongside Centres of Excellence.
- Comfortable balancing strategic projects with day-to-day operational HR.
- A trusted relationship builder who enjoys partnering with leaders at all levels.
- Organised, commercially aware and confident making informed decisions.
- Passionate about creating a positive employee experience.

Your Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Site Leadership Team, you will:
- Partner with leaders to deliver the site's people and engagement strategy.
- Support approximately 60 manufacturing employees and 130 colleagues across 15 retail stores.
- Lead recruitment, from interviewing and offers through to onboarding and induction.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, providing practical and compliant advice.
- Monitor and improve key HR metrics including recruitment, turnover and absenteeism.
- Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies, compliance and reporting are accurate and up to date.
- Drive engagement activities that help create a positive, high-performing workplace.
