REFY are seeking a Business Manager to join our team within the beauty department at Brown Thomas, Dundrum

In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing the REFY brand to life for both customers and employees, driving sales objectives, delivering exceptional customer service, and executing the management's strategic vision while maintaining the highest standards throughout the customer journey.

You will lead the management, training, and development of your team, prioritizing customer relationships and experiences in all your initiatives.

KNOW THE ROLE

Operational Leadership:
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience that resonates with our community
  • Implement and uphold REFY's retail standards and practices that drive operational efficiency and brand consistency
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform strategies that enhance store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with retailers and stakeholders to enhance REFY's retail presence

Sales and Performance Management:
  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the team to set individual and collective sales goals
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stock team to ensure optimal product availability

Customer Engagement and Experience:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, creating a welcoming and engaging counter environment
  • Lead the development and execution of in-store events and promotions that align with REFY's brand and resonate with customers
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction

Team Development and Coaching:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members, instilling REFY's core values and standards in all aspects of their work
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging open communication and mutual support
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support individual and team development


KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 2+ years experience in a management role in the retail industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing, coaching and developing a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse customers and team members
  • A passion for the beauty industry and luxury retail environments
  • Demonstrated success in driving individual and team sales targets and KPIs
  • Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Skilled at engaging with all management levels and fostering collaborative, positive business relationships
