Dublin | Hybrid

We're partnering with a rapidly expanding international aviation company to recruit an Office Manager / HR Coordinator for its Dublin office.

This is far more than a traditional office management position.

You'll become the operational heartbeat of a growing office, combining office management, HR coordination, employee experience and business operations, while working closely with senior stakeholders across Dublin and New York.

If you're someone who enjoys variety, loves organising people and projects, and wants to develop your career within HR and operations, this is an exceptional opportunity.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the Dublin office while helping build an outstanding employee experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating facilities, suppliers and office logistics
  • Supporting onboarding and creating an exceptional new starter experience
  • Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
  • Coordinating interviews and recruitment administration
  • Organising company events, lunches and employee engagement initiatives
  • Processing expenses and supporting general office administration
  • Working closely with senior management in both Dublin and New York
  • Helping improve systems and office processes as the business continues to grow

This is a role with genuine progression and the opportunity to become increasingly involved in HR, People Operations and wider business operations.

About You

We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, proactive and enjoys making things happen.

You'll likely have experience in:

  • Office Management
  • HR Coordination
  • Executive or Team Administration
  • Operations Coordination
  • Workplace Experience
  • Business Support

You'll also bring:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A positive, energetic attitude
  • Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
  • A genuine interest in HR and employee engagement
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and an aptitude for learning new systems

Experience within financial services, aviation or professional services would be advantageous but isn't essential.

Why Apply?

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth international business where you'll gain exposure to senior leadership and have the chance to shape a role that will continue to evolve as the organisation grows.
