As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for an Evening Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team on a full-time contract.

As an Evening Housekeeping Supervisor with Adare Manor you will be responsible for:

• Ensure departmental and Leading Hotels of the World standards are consistently implemented across lodges, villas, and public areas.
• Supervise and inspect guest rooms, lodges, villas, and back-of-house areas; oversee turn-down, laundry, and service standards.
• Organise and allocate duties for the accommodation team, including key control, scheduling, and monitoring performance.
• Liaise with reception daily to stay updated on occupancy, VIP requirements, and special requests.
• Ensure timely reporting and resolution of maintenance issues, while maintaining equipment, supplies, and stock control.
• Support departmental cost management, including rosters, supplies, utilities, and waste reduction.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance management to team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Promote health, safety, and compliance standards, encouraging a culture of responsibility and care.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and personalised guest service aligned with Adare Manor's philosophy, ethos, and service values.
• Collaborate with management and other departments as needed, remaining flexible to support business needs and occasional weekend shifts.
