We're looking for an experienced, motivated Leisure Club Manager to lead our Leisure Club at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Cork.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, delivering great customer experiences and driving business performance. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the club, ensuring our members and hotel guests receive exceptional service while continuing to grow membership and develop the team.
Working closely with the Hotel General Manager and Group Leisure Manager, you'll play an important role in shaping the future of the Leisure Club and maintaining the high standards associated with the Radisson Blu brand.

What you'll be doing
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the Leisure Club, ensuring a welcoming, professional environment for members and guests.
- Driving membership sales, retention and commercial performance through proactive initiatives and local marketing.
- Managing departmental budgets, payroll and costs to achieve agreed business targets.
- Leading, coaching and developing a motivated team, creating a positive culture built around service excellence.
- Ensuring the Leisure Club, pool and fitness facilities are maintained to the highest operational and presentation standards.
- Building strong relationships with members and guests, creating an environment where people genuinely enjoy returning.
- Ensuring full compliance with all Health & Safety, Fire, Hygiene and operational procedures.
We're looking for someone who is commercially aware, people-focused and leads by example. You'll be comfortable balancing the operational demands of a busy leisure facility while motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service every day.
You'll ideally have:
- A third-level qualification in Fitness, Sports or Leisure Management.
- At least two years' experience managing a leisure club, health club or similar facility.
- A proven track record of leading teams and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Experience managing budgets and controlling departmental costs.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
The following qualifications would be an advantage, but are not essential:
- Fitness Instructor Level 3 (REPS Ireland)
- Pool Plant Operator qualification
- Swim Teaching qualification
- Group Exercise qualification
- Occupational First Aid
- Lifeguard certification
- Experience using CRM systems
