The Fork & Wheel is looking for an experienced and professional Senior Waiter to join our front-of-house team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, thrives in a busy restaurant environment, and enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced waiter looking for a long-term role within a well-established and growing restaurant.

Please note: The Fork & Wheel is located at P25 DP60, which is not served by public transportation. Your own transport or a reliable means of getting to and from the restaurant is essential.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering warm, professional, and attentive service to every guest.
  • Taking food and beverage orders confidently while making recommendations from our menu.
  • Serving food and drinks efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Helping to ensure the smooth running of service by supporting and guiding less experienced team members.
  • Preparing and maintaining the restaurant to the highest standards before, during, and after service.
  • Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally to ensure an outstanding dining experience.
  • Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Working closely with the kitchen and wider front-of-house team to deliver seamless service.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a busy restaurant as a Waiter or Senior Waiter.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A confident, professional, and friendly personality.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and perform under pressure during busy service periods.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to support colleagues and lead by example.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
