* This is a full-time permanent position, based in our Ireland office. We operate on a hybrid working arrangement and require a minimum of 2 days in the office. Overview:
Fifty5Blue has been awarded the contract to deliver the Television Audience Measurement service in the Republic of Ireland from January 2028. As part of this, we will build a new panel to measure television consumption across the Republic of Ireland, using our state-of-the-art metering technology and backend systems to deliver high-quality, accurate data to the industry every day.
The Panel Build Manager is a key role in the delivery and development of the TAM Ireland service, as they will work with the Panel Service & Field Tech Manager to coordinate the work of the Technician and Panel Service teams, who are the key contact point for panellists in person and remotely. As such, they will work with, mentor and develop a successful team to meet the future demands of the TAM Ireland service. They will work with the Panel Service & Field Tech Manager to harness the expertise in the Panel Service and Field Technician teams to improve performance against service levels and at the same time provide opportunities for colleagues to grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Work with the Panel Service & Field Tech Manager to lead an exceptional team in a fair and open manner
- Be responsible, with the Panel Service & Field Tech Manager, for alignment with I&D goals
- Work with the Panel Service & Field Tech Manager to ensure that the responsibilities for all routine activities are clear and expectations communicated
- Participate in meetings with other contractors and other team members
- Support team members to achieve personal and team objectives
Planning, Performance & Service Delivery
- Work within the framework of meeting or exceeding the service's Service Level Agreements
- Monitor individual and team productivity and recommend ways to improve effectiveness
- Respond to requests from key stakeholders for metrics in relation to the operation
- Collaborate with the QC team to ensure that the panel is being maintained effectively
Continuous Improvement & Process Management
- Supervise the efficiency of the individuals and the team as a whole and recommend changes that will improve effectiveness
- Ensure that all key/critical processes are fully documented and maintained in line with ISO 9001
- Explore opportunities to innovate and develop new processes to improve the effectiveness of the team
- Work with Continuous Improvement Agents and other colleagues to ensure that the CI mindset remains central to service delivery
- Take appropriate measures to ensure any changes in requirements are clearly communicated and monitored for adherence
People Development & Recruitment
- Work with the Panel Service & Field Tech Manager to supervise and support the Panel Service and Field Technician teams to ensure that they achieve personal and team objectives
- Provide regular feedback to the team on the status and quality of their work
- Take an active role in the recruitment of new starters
- Provide training for new starters and handle them through their probation period
- Ensure that all team members are aware of GDPR and other data policies and conduct refresher sessions as needed
Required Skills & Experience
