As an Analyst within the Investor Relations (IR) team you will be required to support delivery of IR services to clients across our funds business. You will be expected to work on your own initiative, planning your own work as well as part of a team taking direction from your direct Supervisor and IR Management, where required, with a focus on helping to deliver client service excellence, change management, optimizing work practices and risk mitigation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review, process and drive all IR workflow including maker activities for investor transactions and resolving outstanding documentation, including for example investor Anti-Money Laundering and tax documentation
- Serve as a contact for a portfolio of clients and their investors; answer all phone calls and emails pertaining to those relationships and demonstrate ability to resolve queries timely and accurately
- Work closely with other teams/departments to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services and to meet business objectives
- Build relationships with clients, investors, other AIS teams, third parties, as well as with other business groups across the wider JPMorgan organization
- Support and execute systems implementations/data migrations/new business on-boarding
- Assist in driving adoption of "follow-the-sun" service model
- Work closely with colleagues in our global teams and on a cross-functional basis as required
- Assist management to drive excellence in processes and procedures
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor degree required
- Ability to display an interest in carving out a career in Financial Services would be advantageous
- Ability to coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously, completing tasks accurately and on a timely basis.
- Ability to provide real life examples of strong organization and time management skills deployed to successfully manage/prioritize workload demands would be beneficial
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships (with colleagues & clients)
- Possess and display excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven examples of self-motivation and experience working under limited supervision
