About the Job
Lark Rock are dedicated to retrofitting homes to an ''A'' rated standard. All homes are finished to the very highest standards. We have a small progressive dynamic team and are looking for talent to grow with the business through a very exciting expansion phase.
- Ideally we require a person who can complete a bathroom from start to finish
- Tiler with high standard of finish essential
- A Strong Knowledge of Plumbing/Carpentry would be an advantage
- Good communicators, polite & courteous
- Must be able to work efficiently and to a high standard
- Must be available to start work at 7.30 am anywhere in Dublin
Applicant must have:
Salary: €50k per Annum, Possible Company Van, Company Bonus.

Applicant must have:
- Safe Pass.
- Manual Handling preferable.
- At least 3-4 years experience.
- Be fully compliant with PPE requirements on-site.
- Site tidying.
- Other duties as per foreman's instructions.
- Comply with all health and safety procedures on-site.
- Must be hardworking and reliable.
- Ability to work on their own initiative.
Salary: €50k per Annum, Possible Company Van, Company Bonus.
