Main Responsibility
- Providing advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures and employee relations matters.
- Supporting recruitment and selection activities from requisition through to offer stage.
- Working closely with leaders to build their understanding of HR processes and best practice.
- Supporting learning and development initiatives, coordinating local implementation plans and tracking progress.
- Monitoring people metrics and identifying areas where HR intervention may be required.
- Supporting the implementation of local HR projects and business initiatives.
- Helping to foster an open, inclusive and empowering culture for employees and leaders alike.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Has previous experience in a generalist HR role.
- Builds effective relationships and communicates confidently with employees and leaders at all levels.
- Is comfortable providing practical HR advice and guidance across a range of people matters.
- Has strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Can manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a wider HR team.
- Has a good understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.
