About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project and Programs Controls Lead to join the team in Dublin on a really exciting portfolio of Data Centre projects across Europe. In this role you will
▪ Develop, implement, and oversee standardized project control processes (scheduling, budgeting, risk tracking, reporting, change control).
▪ Lead program-level reporting and forecasting for cost, schedule, and performance metrics across multiple concurrent projects.
▪ Monitor adherence to project baselines and coordinate mitigation plans for deviations.
▪ Lead OFCI strategy planning, procurement, and logistics tracking to ensure timely delivery and seamless integration with construction milestones.
▪ Act as a central liaison between internal teams (Design, Procurement, Development, Construction, legal and Operations) and external partners.
▪ Development and monitoring of detailed EPC construction schedules
▪ Monitoring internal validation and gateway sign-off process
▪ Prepare and review reporting dashboards across the portfolio
▪ Working with team members to ensure risk management and change control procedures are implemented and followed
▪ Attending site meetings as required although the role is predominantly remote based working out of one of our offices
▪ Ensure the production of weekly /monthly reports are completed on-time and in compliance with client requirements
We would welcome your application if you have:
▪ A relevant third level qualification in Construction Management/ Engineering, Architecture or Surveying
▪ Experience ideally within a Construction Consultancy, Client or Developer role but others will be considered
▪ Experience in Data Centre projects required
▪ 7+ years if relevant experience in construction project coordination, project controls, or data centre delivery.
▪ Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), and cost management systems.
▪ Are proficient in preparing and analysing construction programmes
▪ Experience in contract administration (NEC FIDIC preferred)
▪ Excellent communication and computer skills
▪ A shrewd precise eye for detail
▪ Are a motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile
