The successful candidates will deliver a world class shopping experience to our customers at Dublin Airport, maximising sales growth and providing on-trend, customer centric services. The roles are shift based

An engaging onboarding process will be delivered, which will include comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

  • Driving Sales Approach and engage customers in line with Advanced Selling Skills Ethos (full training provided on advanced selling skills)
  • Link sell, substitute sell, cross sell & up sell to increase customer satisfaction and passenger average spend
  • Highlight ARI's value message and ARI's exclusive customer offerings
  • Maintain awareness of all sales promotions and participation in all promotional activities
  • Knowledge of Store, category sales targets
  • Adherence to cash/card handling procedure
  • Visual Merchandising & Category Management
  • Knowledge and application of required merchandising standards in line with guidelines from the visual merchandising and category management teams
  • Ensure accurate pricing of products through correct display and adherence to SEL guidelines
  • Provide a professional, attentive and personal customer shopping experience
  • Recognise and ensure implementation of brand standards for each house/supplier
  • Awareness of the stock levels and locations to ensure effective stock rotation
  • Retail Product Knowledge of all categories within the retail area
  • Commit to attending ongoing brand training and implementing learnings thereafter
  • Proactivity in driving personal learning and development
  • Provide feedback to team members and managers regarding product interest
  • Adhere to H&S regulations
  • Customs Compliance and Stock Security
  • Proactive approach in implementing company SOPs


Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in retail or hospitality is preferable
  • Demonstrate a genuine desire and commitment to provide extraordinary customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and possess real passion for luxury brands
  • Flexibility to work varying 24/7 shifts (including weekends & public holidays)
  • Flexibility and ability to work across all duty-free stores and brands (including alcohol and tobacco)
