FLY4 | Cabin Crew Member | 2026

AAP Aviation is currently recruiting Cabin Crew Members (CCMs) on behalf of FLY4 Airlines for a fixed-term contract of 3 months, based primarily in Dublin (UK & European Bases considered), with flying duties from Central Europe. An extension may be possible depending on operational requirements.

As a CCM, you'll be employed by AAP Aviation and operate for FLY4, playing a key role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring onboard safety, while working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger and crew safety and compliance with aviation regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service, hospitality, and passenger care.
• Handle onboard incidents, including medical and service-related situations.
• Work collaboratively with crew and represent the airline professionally.
• Complete pre/post-flight checks, safety documentation, and stock monitoring.
• Uphold safety standards and contribute to a safe onboard environment.
• Support the airline's sustainability efforts and environmentally responsible operations.

Requirements

• Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation (holder must have exercised the associated privileges during the preceding 60 months on at least one aircraft type)
• Minimum 1 year of recent flying experience (within the last 5 years)
• Valid EASA Medical Certificate
• Height: 160-190 cm, with a minimum arm reach of 2 metres
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
• Valid EU/UK passport with unrestricted travel rights
• Able to report to the airport within 60 minutes of call-out
• Able to pass a 5-year background check and provide relevant documentation
• No criminal record; must be willing to undergo drug/alcohol testing and health checks
• Adherence to uniform and grooming standards is essential
