AAP Aviation is currently recruiting Senior Cabin Crew Members (SCCMs) on behalf of FLY4 Airlines for a fixed-term contract of 3 months, based primarily in Dublin (UK & European Bases considered), with flying duties from Central Europe. An extension may be possible depending on operational requirements. As an SCCM, you'll be employed by AAP Aviation and operate for FLY4, taking a leading role in delivering a safe, seamless, and exceptional onboard experience. Key Responsibilities
- Cabin Leadership: Supervise and support the cabin crew, ensure smooth team coordination, and act as the main link between the cabin and flight deck.
- Safety First: Conduct pre-flight checks, lead safety briefings, ensure full compliance with EASA/IAA/CAA and company procedures, and manage onboard incidents.
- Exceptional Service: Set the tone for a professional, welcoming, and customer-focusedatmosphere throughout the flight.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee service delivery, manage onboard supplies, complete flight reports, and liaise with ground and catering teams.
- Health, Safety & Sustainability: Uphold health and safety standards, promote a safe working environment and support FLY4's environmental and emergency preparedness practices.
Requirements
- Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation (holder must have exercised the associatedprivileges during the preceding 60 months on at least one aircraft type)
- Minimum 1 year of recent flying experience (within the last 5 years)
- Valid EASA Medical Certificate
- Height: 160-190 cm, with a minimum arm reach of 2 metres
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
- Valid EU/UK passport with unrestricted travel rights
- Able to report to your base airport within 60 minutes of call-out
- Able to pass a 5-year background check and provide relevant documentation
- No criminal record; must be willing to undergo drug/alcohol testing and health checks
- Adherence to uniform and grooming standards is essential
