Job Description TTM Healthcare are delighted to partner with our client in the Public Sector to recruit a Grade IV Clerical Officer to join their team in Tralee, Co. Kerry. Job Details Location: Tralee, Co. Kerry Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Contract: Month-to-month rolling contract Pay: 19.97 - 30.67 per hour (depending on relevant public sector experience) Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the department and assist with the efficient day-to-day running of office functions. Duties will include: Providing comprehensive administrative support within a busy office environment. Processing and maintaining applications and documentation relating to financial supports for families. Managing confidential records and ensuring all documentation is processed accurately and securely. Preparing correspondence, reports and other administrative documentation. Providing front-of-house reception cover and operating a busy switchboard, responding to telephone and email enquiries professionally. Managing diaries, appointments and general office administration. Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems. Using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook, to manage data and produce reports. Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of administrative procedures. Supporting colleagues and providing administrative cover as required. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism. Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team while managing your own workload. Essential Requirements Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. Excellent IT skills with experience using databases and administrative systems. Experience providing reception and switchboard support. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information appropriately. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
