We are seeking an experienced EHS Lead to support a large strategic client site in North Kildare. Reporting to the Strategic Account Director, you will lead health, safety and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and promoting a positive safety culture across the site.

We are seeking an experienced EHS Lead to support a large strategic client site in North Kildare. Key Responsibilities of the EHS Lead:
- Lead and develop site Health, Safety & Environmental programmes and procedures.
- Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with Irish legislation, company policies and client requirements.
- Deliver safety training, toolbox talks and awareness initiatives.
- Analyse safety performance data and implement improvement plans.
- Provide expert H&S guidance to managers and operational teams.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and represent the company at safety meetings.
- Lead, coach and develop the site safety team.
Essential Requirements of the EHS Lead:
- Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Health & Safety or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation.
- Experience in a senior H&S role within a complex operational, construction, engineering or industrial environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Valid authorisation to work full-time in Ireland.
- Safe Pass.
- PSDP and/or PSCS.
- Manual Handling Instructor.
- Train the Trainer beneficial.
- Auditor qualification.
- IOSH Chartered Membership (or working towards
