Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Take overall accountability for successful program delivery (on-time, on-budget, on-scope)
- Foresee risks and challenges; provide timely and transparent communication to stakeholders
- Develop program-level plans aligned to strategic business objectives
- Build strong working relationships with IT and business team leads
- Ensure clear, concise, and proactive communication with senior management
- Maintain alignment across stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging
- Ensure business cases and product concepts align with strategic objectives
- Support the PMO in establishing project management processes and tools
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to Project Managers and delivery teams
- Oversee and mentor team members throughout the program lifecycle
Qualifications
About You:
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Demonstrated experience establishing and executing governance frameworks
- Experience managing enterprise-scale, cross-functional projects
- Strong working knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
- Understanding of capital markets and financial services environments
Education & Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Professional PM certifications preferred (PMP, Agile, or equivalent)
