Analyst - Investment Funds Income

Your area of work:

Joining the Investment funds asset servicing team based in Cork, you will be responsible for all operations related to Investment Funds Income processing for domestic and off-shore investment funds accepted in Clearstream.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collect dividend information and notify customers accordingly
• Upon receipt of dividend cash distribute the corresponding cash amounts to customers as per their entitlement
• Prepare and distribute tax vouchers
• Ensure a proper cash and securities reconciliation
• Handle customer queries relating to the afore mentioned tasks
• Support any other tasks related to IFS projects

Your Profile:

• University degree and/or a comparable qualification
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Minimum one year's work experience
• Service orientation with excellent telephone, communication and analytical skills
• Strong problem solving skills, accuracy, ability to work independently and as a part of a team in an international environment
• Dedication, flexibility as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profile
