Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this post is to provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients. The post holder will discharge the duties of the post as outlined in job description attached.

Essential Criteria:

Eligible applicants will be those who on the closing date for the competition have the following:
• • Be registered on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU (applicants must state CORU registration number on their application.

And
• Have three years full time (or an aggregate of three years full time) post-qualification clinical experience of which one year is in Paediatrics (musculoskeletal and/or paediatrics neurology/neurodevelopmental).

And
• Have the requisite knowledge & ability (including a high standard of suitability & professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.

And
• Provide Proof of Registration on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU before a contract of employment can be issued.

Registration On appointment practitioners must maintain annual registration on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU and submit same to manager annually.
