The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of Catalyx clients in Ireland and Europe. The role primarily focuses on technical positions across Engineering, IT, Automation, Manufacturing and Life Sciences, with occasional recruitment across other professional functions.
Working across established, new and prospective client accounts, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will build candidate pipelines, support the continued growth of Catalyx teams on client sites and work closely with Sales on new opportunities.
The role offers a high level of ownership, with the Talent Acquisition Specialist expected to independently manage vacancies, identify and engage suitable candidates and drive the recruitment process from initial requirement through to hire.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
Recruit across existing client accounts, new clients and prospective opportunities in Ireland and Europe.
Proactively source technical talent using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases and other sourcing channels.
Develop an understanding of client requirements and independently build searches for new or unfamiliar roles.
Conduct screening calls, prepare and submit CVs and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
Calculate salary and contractor rates and support offer negotiations.
Coordinate interviews, medicals, reference checks and other pre-employment requirements.
Prepare contracts, issue documentation for signature and coordinate candidate onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers through regular calls, meetings and ongoing recruitment support.
Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to support existing accounts and new client opportunities.
Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring, specialist and prospective requirements.
Manage multiple vacancies independently and adapt quickly as client requirements and priorities change.
Requirements:
3+ years' recruitment experience, ideally within an agency, RPO, MSP, consultancy or other client-facing recruitment environment.
Strong proactive sourcing and candidate management skills.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System to manage vacancies, candidate pipelines and recruitment activity.
Highly commercially focused, with the ability to work towards revenue-driven recruitment targets and KPIs, prioritising activity that supports successful placements, client growth and overall business performance.
Confident managing recruitment processes with minimal supervision.
Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and changing priorities.
